2 Hour Intro Session: This is the deep dive into your health history and how your body functions. $175
Follow Up Sessions: $65

Wildly Whole 30 (groups)
Join me for a Whole 30 with an emphasis on bio individuality. This not your average whole 30 but with a Nutritional Therapist twist. You can learn to support your digestion all while getting off of processed foods and sugar with group support. A win-win!
The 4 weeks Include:
* 2 In person workshops. We will take a deeper dive into Healthy Gut Lifestyle.
* 2 Zoom Q&A calls – These you can either attend live or listen to the recording after.
* Nutritional Symptom Questionnaire – This is a test with over 300 questions to help you pinpoint where support in your body is needed.
* Private Facebook Group – I will create a private group for all those signed up for this round. You will be able to share recipes, successes, and questions via this group.
* Whole 30 Starter Kit. I will include a comprehensive food list of foods to enjoy and foods to avoid. I will also include a list of resources that I recommend. I will also add you all to a shared Pinterest board where I will post approved recipes.
At the end I will also throw in a Symptom Nutritional Questionnaire that will give you a better idea of where your health is at.
